♡ Pin Grading

Accepted Answer

All enamel pins are filled and polished by hand, so no pin will be 100% perfect. Even our standard grade may have fine marks due to the nature of the material.
 
B Grade - Minor flaws such as small specs, scratches or plating discolouration. Some imperfections may not be noticeable until closer inspection. Good choice if you are not super detail orientated and looking for a good deal!
 
C Grade - Noticeable imperfections such as specs, scratches, discolouration or misalignment of silk printing. (some of these pins may have flaws on the main features of the pin, like the face) 
 
B and C Grade pins are imperfect but still cute and wearable!

An item I want is sold out!

If an item is sold out you can contact me to see if it will return in the next shop update; however, some sold out items may not come back.

We are not responsible for lost packages that are due to incorrect or changed address.

If there are issues in transit, we may be able to replace orders depending on the case.  For help with your order please contact us with your order number and as much information as you have.

♡ United States: 3-5 business days
♡ Canada: 10-18 business days
♡ International: usually ranges from 2-3 weeks but may some exceptions may take up to 3 months
