First save all the photos into your phone gallery.
You need the app called "Shortcuts"
In "Shortcurts" you can create a command, Choose "open app", then you can choose which app you want the shortcut to open, customize the icon image by choosing from the photos in your gallery, name it, and then add it to your homescreen!
